In order to provide you with services such as therapy and training, we need information from you which may include your identity, your address, your email, and your telephone. Additional details may be required or taken to tailor our services to meet your needs. This information is protected by GDPR.
We collect or use the following information to provide services and goods, including delivery:
Names and contact details
Addresses
Date of birth
Health information (including dietary requirements, allergies and health conditions)
Job title and or the company or organisation you work for
Photographs or video recordings
Information relating to compliments or complaints
Information pertinent to fulfilling our service to you
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please email acceptcounsellingservices@gmail.com
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, or if you have any other data protection related issues or queries, please email acceptcounsellingservices@gmail.com. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
If you are concerned that we have breached a privacy law or code binding on us, please send an email marked “Urgent” to acceptcounsellingservices@gmail.com. We aim to respond in a reasonable time (normally 24 hours). Our Data Protection Lead will manage your complaint and will give you additional information about how it will be handled.

How Long We Keep Information
We hold data only as long as we are required by law for accounting and tax purposes, which may be 3 years or longer. If you make an enquiry via our website we will keep that correspondence only as long as your enquiry is active. Emails received directly and related to services we are providing you will be kept for 6 years before being destroyed after you advise us we are no longer working with you. Notes maintained as part of therapy will be stored for 6 years before being destroyed after you advise us we are no longer working with you.
We may use your information in our accounting system to bill for services, take payments, file tax returns, and track your financial obligations to us. Once our financial relationship is concluded we will continue to hold that information until no longer required by HMRC or any other party with a legitimate interest. We do not hold credit card details.
We do not obtain data from third parties unless it has been released to us with your informed consent.

Testimonials may be added to LinkedIn and or the company website, but only with the individual explicit consent to do to. You can request for this information to be taken down/deleted at any time.
